Teenagers become victim to drug addiction due to bad company or their own bad habits. They become so much habitual of drug and alcohol that they feel sick without it. There can be different forms of drug such as cocaine, opiates, marijuana and benzodiazepine etc. All of these drugs are harmful for them and specially affects their immune system and brain.
Marijuana contains Tetrahydro-cannabinol, which travels in the blood and reaches to the brain and effect nerve cells. It can affect the body functions and senses. Cocaine gives a relax feeling to the teens. If cocaine is no longer taken then it can be troubling to the patient and he needs a dose of cocaine to carry the dopamine level. It can affect the teen’s memory, heart rate, blood pressure, and blood vessels. Alcohols can depressant the central system down. It affects the body functions badly. After reaching in the brain it can affect the nerve cells as well. Alcohol affects the talking, vision, hearing and senses.signs of depression
